We limit registration to those individuals and families diagnosed with a complex vascular malformation, or those in the health profession. We ask that you complete the application form in its entirety. We will verify information, and membership will be extended to those individuals with a complex vascular condition and/or their caretakers, and medical professionals.
The contact registry will be checked periodically to make sure we have the most recent contact and demographic information. Updating your information allows us to contact you immediately if research applicable to you is available. We often give input via surveys to the medical industry.
If your information has changed, please update it by completing a new registration form.
You have the option in the registration to be excluded from any roster.
